Handletopia is a program that requires these terms and conditions to be met for service to be acquired:
Players and or Guardians are liable for the information in this premeditated contracted information.
Packages and Requirements:
- Each committed package for Handletopia are limited to their individual workout routines and regimens. They are FIXED WORKOUTS, which has the means that are set strategically by the head coach working within the program.
- All players must maintain an athletic fit of clothing when operating within the program.
Athletic fits include:
- a decent pair of outdoor/indoor shoes
- possession of a personally owned basketball
- a willingness to learn
- a teachable spirit

Payment options and prohibitions:
- WE DO NOT TAKE echecks, venmo, apple pay, money orders, or physical checks.
- The company does take these physical payment methods (physical checks, cash, Cashapp, Paypal)
- If paying full-term payments They need to payed Before service begins. (Does not apply to quck pass users)
- Monthly payments must also be payed in the beginning and a week before the next monthly service begins.(Does not apply to Quick pass users)
- If the service period is just for one day It can be paid before or after the service is done.
- If payment has not been received after two service days, service will be disrupted until payment is received.
- If cancellation is required FOR THOSE WHO PAYED IN FULL FOR LONG TERM COMMITMENT they may request for a full refund before 14 days. After 14 days the request will be refunded at 50% regardless of the TIME or QUANTITY of work.
- All payment information will be confidential and erased when service is done for the term that is scheduled.
- Packages can be upgrade at any time but after the first payment has been accrued that payment will not be refunded after the change has been REQUESTED AND ACCEPTED. Also, after that change has occurred the program's price and start date will be reset and the ending date will be set for the chosen package's duration that the price will be reset.
Authorization In Operations:
- The only operators in this program are the coaches who own a titled coaches shirt. If their isn't
Notifications and Updates:
- All notices will be communicated in person during a session via phone and or via email. It is codependent on the comfort safety of the client and or guardian of the client.
- All updates will be implemented quickly and efficiently when they take place in our program.
- If any other form of communication is implemented it will be addressed with the client on which is a better form of communication unless specified other wise.
- If you would like first hand information as soon as possible notify us that you would like to opt-in in a update to update notification system.
Appointments:
- If late to an appointment without any prior notice we will contact that client before official cancellation. After cancellation has been determined immediate rescheduling must be communicated within 48 hour time frame and if not communicated effectively their will be a $25 inconvenience fee that will be required before continuing service in the clients respective program.
