Service Waiver

This waiver protects the servicing party from any further legal allegations in terms of any future bodily injuries that occur while the servicing is underway. This service requires our clients and future clients  to know the logical understanding of inherent risk in the sport of basketball or any physical activity. We as a company vow to do our best to protect our clients and ourselves from any additional risk that may be involved. Negligence of obvious safety protocols will not be tolerated or encouraged within our business operations.
